- Peak Seasons/Holidays: Up to 7 business days.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, it is officially in transit and a tracking number will be provided.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and carrier efficiency:
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Worldwide: 6–12 business days
Note: Delays may occur due to customs processing, seasonal surges, or holidays. These factors are beyond Kovaria's immediate control.
3. Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout.
- Corrections: If you notice an error, email us at kovariatherawrapkla@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
- Verification: If our system flags an address issue, we will contact you. If no response is received within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled.
4. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we take every precaution for a safe delivery, Kovaria is not liable for delays or losses caused by external factors such as weather, courier disruptions, or theft after delivery.
