At Kovaria, we are dedicated to supporting your journey toward improved well-being. We stand behind the quality of our products and recommend a usage period of at least 14 days to fully experience their intended benefits. If you are unsatisfied after this initial period, our 90-day guarantee is here to protect your purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
To maintain our fast dispatch times, any requests for cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders cancelled within this window are subject to a $20 restocking fee to cover non-refundable processing and handling costs.
- Requests made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has moved to the fulfillment or shipping stage.

2. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you have used our product for at least 14 days and are not satisfied, you may return the item within 90 days of purchase.
- Email kovariatherawrapkla@gmail.com with your Order Number or the full name and email used for the purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.
- Once received and inspected (items must be in original packaging and good condition), a full refund for the product price will be processed.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives broken or defective, please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage in your email to kovariatherawrapkla@gmail.com.
Eligible resolutions include:
- A one-time replacement sent at no additional cost; OR
- A full refund for the defective item.
*Damage to outer packaging does not qualify as a product defect. Normal wear and tear or misuse are excluded from this policy.
4. Shipping & Incorrect Addresses
Accuracy at checkout is the customer's responsibility. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a free resend or refund.
If a package is returned to sender or undeliverable:
- Reshipment: We can resend the order for a $20 reshipment fee.
- Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds for orders where an incorrect address was provided, as shipping and processing costs have already been incurred.
5. Policy Updates
Kovaria reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the current terms before completing a purchase. By finalizing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
